  • Evolving Mechanics: Currently, the incremental systems provide foundational support for your hunting endeavours. However, they are set to expand significantly in future updates, aiming to automate resource gathering, unlock passive buffs, manage offline progress, and introduce deeper strategic layers that synergize with the active hunting gameplay.

Digital Hunter: Black Rose is currently in Early Access. This means the game is actively under development, and I'm releasing it now to gather crucial feedback from players like YOU!

I pivoted the game's direction (from its origins as "Black Rose") towards a stronger monster-hunting focus based directly on initial player reactions. Releasing in Early Access allows me to continue developing the game alongside the community, ensuring I build the best possible experience based on what players enjoy most.
  • What's Included Now? The current version features the core hunting and crafting loop, 10 unique monsters, 3 weapon types per monster, full armor sets for each monster, and the foundational incremental systems.
  • The Vision: I am committed to building a deep, engaging monster hunting idle/incremental game with a strong focus on character builds, strategic hunting, and rewarding progression.

After 100% the previous and new version the new update is a solid improvement here a few observation/feedback :

- Claw are extremly OP and can clear the first 7 monster with just base equip and para and other statue effect make them even stronger

- The game is too fast/ too easy it only took me a bit less than 3h to clear at 100% and didn't feel any form of challenge (maybe add rare drop to add a little bit of challenge to crafting) maybe partly because i used claw see the point above

- Also a few issue wrong name for syrasp and also a few craft take the wrong mat

- would really like to see at least a few equipment taking more than one monster

- Data mining still feel a bit disconected you never really feel like it's really useful after hitting the upgrade button a few time and then never interact with it again(maybe make the upgrade use monster data ???)

Really hype to see where the game is going this update was a step in the right direction and the game as a lot of potential

Massive overhaul is coming yet again, i feel so tired going back and forth, but i am learning as i go.  

Data mining will be removed and more focus will be added in the monstie system for idle/offline gathering of Data.

Mastery will be removed and more unique weapons will be represented, now weapons will offer weapon arts and difrent gameplay stats, weapons will be categorized in the 4 existing groups yet difrent weapons will be available. weakness system is going out as well since it didnt offer much in the game and also didnt fit in the gameplay as i wanted them to be, hunts will be more strategic and will requiere more effort and preparation. monsters will decrease  in number to proive quality over quentity, but i will still try to add as many as i can. 

Stats will be more simpliefied so no need for 100 stats to be tracked, looking into possible making  all weapons/armor core stats to scale with player power/level so all weapons and armors always have their use, possible even allow idivisual upgrades for each weapon/armor.  there is a lot going on right now and honestly i feel these 2 updates till now put the game in the right track. 

Like a wise man said, just because you dont give up it doesnt mean you will succesed. 

With that in mind feedback is always important! thats what will lead me to success!

So any further suggestion/feeback are always welcome!

if you want to keep all weapon relevent why not just do what monster hunter do and just upgrade the older weapon in new one ? would help keep the number on the smaller side once the number of monster start increasing too

also i do agree on less monster but better fight intrested to see what you are cooking

Looks good so far. Been playing about 30 minutes. Finished Tygron and am working on finishing out all the T1 equip. Can't wait to check it out once more content is added.
